The Pastoral Team has announced that Presbyterian Day will eventually not be celebrated nationally but in parishes on 26 October, Reformation Day. The programme includes a service with a long period of worship and meditation on a video. The theme will be “What does it mean to be a Presbyterian in Mauritius today?” and there will be small group discussions.
Lunch - sharing of a bring-and-share meal and activities - quizzes, games and karaoke are also on the programme.
St Jean and St Pierre parishes will be celebrating the Presbyterian Day together on the 26th of October. The Celebration will take place at St Pierre. Please, take note that there is no Sunday Service on the 26th of October at St Jean.
