Mrs Spring Marie David and Mrs Myrna Cangy have now been in India for three weeks. They would like to sincerely thank everyone for their messages, generosity and, above all, their prayers.
The medical procedures have taken a little longer than expected: as the results of several tests carried out in Mauritius did not reach the hospital in India in time, some of the tests had to be repeated entirely during the first two weeks. Nevertheless, they give thanks to God, as the results obtained in India are somewhat more encouraging.
On Friday 28 August, Mrs Spring began her first session of chemotherapy. She will need to undergo three sessions before she can have the planned surgery.
We do not yet know how long they will need to remain in India. We therefore invite you to continue keeping them in your prayers, asking God to give them strength, courage and hope, and to guide the doctors and the entire medical team.
Thank you to each and every one of you for your support of Mrs Spring and her family.
